"The Small Print"
We do not accept any returns, for bio security reasons.
For frozen products, we will issue a full refund if the products are thawed at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a refund send a video of the product within 8 hours of delivery. You can send the video and refund request via text to 1-(515)-512-3127. Once your request is received, we will review it and a refund will be issued.
For live products, we will issue a full refund only if the insects were held at your post office and if you provide a video of you opening the package with the dead animals inside, sent to us within 12 work hours of it arriving at your post office. Currently we are processing orders within 3 - 10 days with a goal of processing orders within 7 days. We Ship via FedEx Ground and most orders will arrive at their destination within 3 days of shipping but can take up to 5 days.
Frozen orders have a $35 flat rate in the continental US, no matter the size of your order. No calculating boxes, asking "how much fits in a box?" -- Just one flat rate of $35 per order! Shipping will be through FedEx and arrives in 2-4 days after shipped unless otherwise stated. 90% of the time it will ship to your door unless you live in a hot state during a heat wave, in which we will put a hold at the nearest FedEx location (if this is the case, you will be notified). Otherwise it will ship to your door.
If you are outside of the continental US, please contact us via 1-(515)-512-3127 text or call to figure out shipping. We can do the whole order over the phone/text.
For non-frozen products/live feeder insects, we offer a live guarantee (only if held at the nearest FedEx location) and offer a $15 flat rate for all non-frozen products sent within the continental US. A simple flat rate with no surprise shipping cost when you checkout. Non-frozen products will be mailed via FedEx and arrive in 2 - 5 days. During cold months, live shipping may be held off until a cold front passes (you will be notified if we are holding your shipment with an expected shipment date) .
